Soda Springs Mountain Resort Lift Tickets

Soda Springs Mountain Resort has several lift pass options including day lift tickets and season passes. Below is a breakdown of the lift passes and the key differences between the passes.

Day Lift Ticket

The day lift ticket gives you daily access to Soda Springs Mountain Resort, it is valid for the set days you’ve purchased the ticket. Ticket must be purchased online and the ticket can be pick-up with the confirmation barcode at the kiosks outside Soda Springs Lodge.

Season Pass

The Soda Springs Mountain Resort Unlimited Pass gives you unlimited skiing and snowboarding at Soda Springs Mountain Resort throughout the season. The pass comes with 2 discounted buddy passes and a 1-hour trial session at Woodward. There is also The Family Pass. This package includes unlimited access for 2 adults and 2 kids and Mountain Adventure Zones, which include Tube Town, Planet Kids, The Sleigh, and The Woodward Start Pak.

All passes must be picked up in person at Mountain Services, located on the second floor of the Main Lodge.

Soda Springs Mountain Resort Ski and Snowboard School offer group and private lessons. 

  • Group Lesson: This lesson is catered for a specific ability level for ages 8 and above. 
  • Private Lesson: This is a customized lesson for ages 3 + of all ability levels.

Nearest Town to Soda Springs Mountain Resort

The nearest town to Soda Springs Mountain Resort is Truckee, California, which is approximately 13.5 miles away. It is a fantastic ski town, Truckee offers a diverse range of lodging and restaurants options and it's easy access to several ski resorts within a short drive, including Northstar California, Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley), Sugar Bowl Resort, and Boreal Mountain California.

On-mountain dining options were quite limited compared to larger resorts. There is a Soda Café available on the mountain and there are several highly rated restaurants within a short drive.

Located at Sugar Bowl Resort next to the Mt.Lincoln Chairlift. The resort is approximately 4.3 miles away around 10 minute drive. The Mid-Mountain Lodge offers a signature Mac ‘N’ Cheese selection with a view of The Palisades.
